A Fine Quality Mahogany Vernis Martin Cabinet. Constructed in mahogany with brass inlay and gilded brass mounts. Having a serpentine marble top above a frieze with a central panel depicting cherubs at play. Having a glazed door opening to reveal glass shelves and a velvet lined interior. The lower section having three painted ''Vernis Martin'' panels. The central one depicting a courting couple in a woodland setting. Raised on elegant cabriole supports. France Circa 1880-1900
