The door is framed by elegant inlaid panels and embellished with decorative gilt brass mounts, all raised on a shaped plinth base. A particularly decorative example with warm figured walnut veneers, fine detail, and excellent colour throughout. Retaining its original working lock and key.

CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition overall with age-related wear throughout. Minor losses to veneer along the lower edges and a small area of veneer loss to the front right side. Slight lifting to the veneer at the top right corner, though the cabinet remains structurally solid and sound. Marquetry inlay remains largely intact and displays beautifully. Overall an exceptional decorative example with excellent presence.
