Antique Victorian Walnut and Marquetry Pier Cabinet

An attractive Victorian walnut pier cabinet with door glazed doors and inlaid decoration. The interior is fitted with two glass shelves and has a painted lining. The cabinet stands on a shaped plinth base and features applied gilt metal mounts to the corners and door edge.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. Some age-related shrinkage to the top section between the plinth and top. Historic repairs to the door fronts, but this does not detract from the overall appeal of the peace.
