Description

One of the nicest "table" snuff boxes I have bought....it would have been past around after a meal, when the "gentlemen" retired from the table for a smoke, and participation in taking snuff and another drink....it is made out of a single ash burr root and as you can see it has a wonderful colour and figuring....the snuff box is in very good condition and still retains the collector's label for C & S Kevill-Davies....I always enjoy buying treen, that is made from one of the main "country" woods as they always have such good colour and when you add in the burr, well it doesn't get any better..!
