The elegant, slender form rises to a flared rim, giving the vase strong decorative presence as a single focal piece.The painted scenes are finely executed, with delicately modelled faces, confident brushwork and dense textile patterning, set within a garden landscape with flying birds and sweeping wisteria. Many details are picked out with moriage and raised gilt, adding depth and tactile relief to garments and selected motifs.The base carries a clear red seal mark reading ??
