A Victorian oak library chair stamped John Taylor & Son of Edinburgh 09199, c.1870. The design includes a gently curved top rail, shapely back support and turned front legs with fluted detail. The seat is upholstered in brown leather with brass studs, complementing the warm golden oak tone.
