Cedar Wood Cigar Humidor Hand-made to Look Like a Leather Trunk 26cm

1920 - 1940
Description

Beautiful antique cedar wood cigar humidor made to look like a leather trunk. It's 27cm wide x 15 x 15 and in excellent, original condition.

The straps over the top and the side handles look exactly like leather, complete with stitching, but are intrically carved, and are absolutely beautiful.

Opening the lid reveals a removable section for storing 50 cigars.

It comes with key and the brass lock works perfectly; on top is a circular brass cartouche which is blank.

Hard to know exactly when this was made, but from research I think it's fair to say around 1930.

This is an exceptional piece, beautifully made and just ready to go into a perfect setting for it.
