Treasure Trove Worcester Ltd has dated this piece to the 1800s.
A fine set of six dining chairs from the William IV period, circa 1835, crafted in solid mahogany.

The warm patina and rich grain of the mahogany are complemented by the restrained carving typical of the early 19th century. The chairs are well-proportioned and practical for everyday use.
Condition is good overall, with minor signs of age including small historic repairs and some wear to the finish. Upholstery is later but sound, with firm drop-in seats.
