Fantastic 19th century oak and elm high back Windsor chair in fabulous antique condition. This timeless piece features a beautifully shaped hooped top rail and armrests, supported by beautifully turned spindles with carved central splat. Its seat is designed for comfort, with a leather-covered seating area framed by a studded edge and a well-contoured backrest. The chair is set on beautifully turned legs, connected by a desirable crinoline stretcher that adds stability and a touch of charm. Like all authentic antique furniture, it carries subtle imperfections that contribute to its character and history.
