The well figured moulded, brass bound hinged top of rectangular form with decorative escutcheon and key opens upwards to reveal a double tier fitted storage section and features a striking royal blue velvet lined interior. The removable top tier houses a stunning assortment of hand finished glass bottles with cut glass bottoms and solid silver lids, silver topped brushes and an assortment of silver boxes of varying sizes, the lower fitted section houses an elegant assortment of vanity tools, dated 1885, George Bottemon and Sons.
