This highly decorative oak cabinet that dates from c1902 is unusual as it is in the form of a castle with two hinged doors to the front which open and fold back to reveal inside storage drawers and compartments which have brass handles.
This antique box has a wonderful look with it''s black metal portcullis, metal sash windows, metal lock in the form of a cross and turret top to the front and sides.
The front has the registered design number of 393235 impressed to the front bottom edge which dates to 1902.
A great looking antique box that sits nicely on a table top.
