18th Century Hepplewhite Arm Chair

Description

Fine 18th century George 3rd period Hepplewhite design arm chair of a really pleasing design and shape. Lovely design back with carved decoration including "Prince of Wales" feathers. Turned, moulded and carved uprights to the shaped arm. Tapered and moulded front legs with spade feet. All in very good original condition. Lovely colour with good patination and a waxed finish. Upholstery is OK, seat cover could easily be changed if required.

Nice to find a period one of these chairs in pretty decent condition.

SIZE; 22" wide by 19" deep by 37" high. Seat height is 18"
