A superb converted ex tea caddy which has now been made to a fine jewellery box. A early ex caddy dating to the Georgian period c.1820 and made from a lovely mahogany showcasing tulip and boxwood banding through out. Decorative inlays to the corners and of course the shell inlay to the centre made from sycamore wood and boxwood. Newly lined and a lift out jewellery tray made to an exceptional standard. Comes with a fully functional lock and key.
