Burr Yew Stationery & Writing Cabinet C.1860

Description

A beautifully presented stationery and writing cabinet all in one. Made from a deep rich burr yew in great original condition. The cabinet opens up via the two front doors to reveal a slotted stationery section and beneath that Is a pull out writing slope area with original leather and comes with a ink well. A truly lovely piece of history and would look awesome on a desk/office set up. Comes with a fully functioning lock and key and dates to Victorian c.1860.
