Very Rare & Early Mouseman 1930’s Burr Oak Chair

A superb early example of a rarely seen in burr oak Mouseman dining / side chair even with it’s original woven red leather seat. In excellent, totally original condition. A real beauty, Mouseman furniture in burr oak is rare and was so much more expensive to use rather than normal oak timbers. This early Mouseman burr oak chair dates to 1930 and is a fabulous colour. The back rest panel is a single piece of burr oak and the mousemat signature carved mouse can bee seen on one of the well turned legs. The mouse itself is a lovely one with a very long tail! In super strong condition. Been in the same family since purchased from Mouseman in Kilburn, Yorkshire.
