In the Manner of Bruce Talbert (1838-1881) a Carved Walnut Library Chair, 1870'S

19th century
Description

A well-made and robust chair which is very comfortable and structurally rock solid, running on counter-sunk brass castors.

The frame is traditionally upholstered and in good order, the covering floral fabric is slightly faded.

It would make an excellent desk chair and would be perfect for daily use.

Height to the top of the seat 47cm.
