Please note the delivery fee listed is just a guide, it covers within the M25 only for the UK and local Europe only for international, if you would like an accurate quote please send me your postcode and I’ll provide you with the exact price

I have another pair of these listed under my other items, they are from July 1968
The chair comes complete with the original Fritz Hansen stamp which dates the piece to January 1965

The original leather hide had faded back to the pre dyed colour, as such I sent them to my leather polisher who was trained by Ralph Lauren when they rolled out their “at home” division across Europe, Ralph taught him how to restore and colour old leather using traditional techniques.

This pair have been washed back and hand dyed six times, antique shaded then sealed, waxed down and polished again, they are now basically in perfect better than retail condition
The metal base frames have of course the original patination, I can have these professionally polished for the cost price however I prefer them as they are, it has taken nearly 60 years for them to obtain this colour and it would be a crime to strip it off

This pair will never come up for sale again, it is the only one set, if you are looking for the finest example in the world with the nicest hand dyed leather colour then look no further
The hide has multiple patina imperfections as you would imagine based on the age and use, this model didn't come with the seat cushions but I can have one made should the new owner wish for the cost price
