Pendle Antiques has dated this piece to the 1900s.
This set of chairs are of exceptional quality and carving.
Probably manufactured by Gillows Lancaster, although un-stamped.
With hairy paw feet and the armchairs having lions masks to the arms.
In great condition.
The seats are recovered in Hessian, made from a very dense heavy mahogany
