The underside of the seat has been re-webbed in the traditional manner. The revolving seat is secured to the base by four sturdy cabriole shaped legs, featuring English made solid brass castors. The Victorian mahogany office chair revolves 360 degrees; it is not designed to tilt (only later Edwardian chairs featured a “tilt” function).
