Jeckyll & Co has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
I don't know of a Gillows design that corresponds with this mirror, but it's that type of quality.

Condition: The surface is faded overall, the plate has a few spots of tarnishing but is generally very good, with that lovely mercury sparkle when the light catches it in a certain way. The is a small superficial candle burn to the bottom left edge of the frame, as a gentle reminder that the mirror has been around for nearly 200 years.
