An exceptionally fine and elegant pair of 18th Century Mahogany Chippendale Chairs of good colour. Having delicately shaped and carved splats with C scrolls and foliate. The top rail finely carved with bell flowers and scrolls. A masterclass in chair making. In good very good and solid condition. Circa 1765.
