Oval Dressing Mirror - Victorian - c1880

A super example of a Victorian Dressing Mirror.

This mid-sized piece is in good order throughout and benefits from a lined jewellery drawer. Original brass and bronze fittings are all fully functioning.

The mahogany displays nicely and the carved detailing is pleasing. The mirror plate has very light foxing which is sufficient to add interest yet still allow the mirror to be very functional as it is designed to be.

Overall a nicely proportioned clean mirror in good order.
