A super quality mahogany high back Windsor style armchair, attributed to Birch & Co, C.1900.

The crisply turned spindles below a curved and shaped crest rail flanked with rosettes, central splat with carved scallop detail and flower bells, curving arm rests over shaped saddle seat, raised on cabriole forelegs, joined by turned H stretcher. Stamped 'B 35' in excellent condition.
