Stunning 19th century French gilt rectangular mirror in excellent condition.
It dates from around 1880.
It has its ornate, gilt on gesso rectangular frame with gorgeous floral gesso detail.
Mercury glass is very hard to find and gives a sparkle and reflection like no other!
It has all its original pine backboards.
It is large enough to use as a freestanding leaner mirror against a wall but would look equally stunning hanging on a large wall or above a large fireplace.
