A stylish early C19th Venetian open armchair, in the original colourful decoration with ocre colour ground, the back with carved shell crest, solid shaped splat and supports, leading down to moulded arms terminating in exaggerated scrolls, with shaped supports, above a serpentine front rail and cabriole legs with joined shaped stretchers. Extremely stylish and in wonderful genuine condition. Circa 1830.
