Description

A fine quality set of eight 19thcentury mahogany dining chairs in the Chippendale style with superbly carved decoration, excellent form and good colour. In good sound contition with solid joints and strong frames. These chairs have clearly been made by a top quality cabinet maker and display outstanding attention to detail.

The drop-in seats are covered in red leather-look material which is old and usable but would benefit from being replaced.

Two carvers and six singles.

Carvers are 106cms high by 62 wide by 52 deep.

Singles are 97cms high by 55 wide by 52 deep

seats are 48chs high
