Description

Decorative high back occasional hall or fireside armchair in walnut and newly upholstered, circa 1900 and in good condition.

Well craved frame and with a crinoline style stretcher to the underside frame.

The chair does have quite an upright back, hence I have described it as an occasional chair, rather than a chair you would sit in all evening if that makes sense…

Good solid frame and newly upholstered in this faded stripe and edged with a scrolled braid.
