A lovely original ebonised and decoratively painted antique rocking chair that has a shaped spindle back rest with all the spindle supports and stretchers ring turned and with original line painted decorations . An unusual design in very original condition with an extended head rest. In excellent, strong and complete condition. This American antique rocking chair dates to around 1890.
