A Regency period, set of four, mahogany, dining chairs, Circa 1800. These chairs constructed in quality, heavy mahogany, feature a broad, deep well figured flame mahogany panel top rail. Overstuffed seats covered in pink crushed velvet finished with pale gold braid. Turned and octagonal tapering front legs, with splayed rear legs.Dimensions:These chairs measure approximately 89 cm (35'') tall, 48.5 cm (19'') wide, and 52 cm (20.5'') deep. The seat height is approximately 46 cm (18'').Condition:Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - These chairs are in a reasonable condition commensurate with their age, and are structurally sound and sturdy. There are some age related marks and blemishes on the frames. No loose joints. Two chairs have small repairs to the top of the styles at the rear, otherwise good.
