Stunning Italian gilt on gesso mirror in excellent condition.
The real gilt (gold leaf) on gesso frame dates from the late 1800s. It has an incredible amount of lovely ornate detail and no chips.
The heavy glass is also in superb condition with no scratches.
It would look stunning in a hall or above a dressing table perhaps.
