Set of 6 Victorian Oak Antique Dining Chairs
This High Quality Set of 6 Victorian Oak Antique Dining Chairs are in the arts and crafts design and date from around 1890. They have been constructed from the finest quality solid oak and have unusual shaped carved high backs and stand on tapering front legs with a cross stretcher for added stability. The seats have been recently upholstered in a neutral linen fabric so would fit beautifully into most households. It is clear to see that these wonderful antique chairs are the work of a true Victorian craftsman and they posses beautiful charm and character. The Oak has aged to a lovely golden shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
