Regency Style Giltwood Framed Circular Convex Wall Mirror

19th century
Description

A good and solid late 19th / early 20th century circular giltwood framed convex wall mirror. The Regency style frame is ornately decorated with an imposing Eagle surmount and acanthus leaf scrolls to both top and base. The original convex plate is housed within an inner ebonised slip frame with giltwood balls around the entire circumference of the outer frame.

Dated: 1890-1910

Dimensions: Height: 39.5 inches Width: 25 inches Depth: 6 inches (max). (100 x 63.5 x 15.3cm)
