Wonderful Victorian Windsor Ash and Elm Grandfather Chair. Great colour and patina, there is a hooped Ash top rail with stick back and a central decorative splat. The broad Ash arms are well shaped with beautiful turned supports below. There is a thick Elm saddle shaped seat with well turned legs and a double H stretcher beneath. A super comfortable period chair in great retail condition ready for your home. The chair structurally sound with no evidence of any woodworm’s wonderful rich patina.
