Large Antique French Gilt Leaner Mirror

Description

Stunning 19th century French gilt leaner mirror in excellent condition.

It has its beautiful real original gilt (gold leaf) on gesso frame with gorgeous ornate detail and no chips.

It has its wonderful original mercury glass with heavy foxing. Mercury glass is so hard to find and gives a reflection and sparkle like no other.

It has all its original backboards.

It would make a fantastic leaner/free standing mirror or overmantel.
