Dimensions:W: 118cm (46.5")H: 182cm (71.7")

Stunning 19th century French gilt Louis XV mirror in very good condition.

It has its stunning real gilt (gold leaf) on gesso frame in a very subtle leaf design and its gorgeous large gesso crest.

It has its wonderful original, heavy mercury glass with lovely foxing. Mercury glass is so hard to find these days and gives a sparkle and reflection like no other.

It would make a wonderful overmantel or leaner mirror.
