Description

Beautiful Hepplewhite style satinwood armchair from the Edwardian era. This stylish little chair has an extremely attractive shield back with crisp carving on the top rail and at the top of the pierced splat. Delicate string inlay decorates the shield, the front of the elegant swept open arms and square tapering legs. The beautiful cream fabric with floral design is in excellent condition with no marks or tears and edged with matching braiding. The satinwood frame is solid with fantastic colouring and amazing patina. An attractive little chair the perfect addition to any home.
