Beautiful 19th century French gesso mirror in very good condition.
It dates from the late 1800s.
It has its stunning ornate gesso crest with no chips and it's ornate gesso frame. It has just been painted in F&B Strong White (white with the very slightest hint of grey). The frame can be distressed slightly if you prefer this look at no extra cost.
It has all its original pine backboards.
It would make a stunning overmantel mirror above a fireplace or just hanging on a large wall in a hall or bedroom perhaps.
