Victorian Oak Tub Armchair

Victorian period oak framed tub style armchair, dating from the late C19th. Solid oak frame, upholstered back and arm rail, with over stuffed upholstered seat. Raised on ring turned legs on original castors.

A charming period armchair, sound frame and useable upholstery, though would benefit from reupholstering and polishing.

Dimensions:

This armchair measures approximately 73.5 cm (29") tall, 66.5 cm (26") wide, and 76.5 cm (30") deep. The seat height is approximately 41 cm (16").

Condition:

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This armchair is in a structurally sound condition, commensurate with its age. Some marks and blemishes on the frames, with no obvious sign of damage or repairs. The joints appear good and sound. The upholstery is structurally a little soft, and the fabric has some marks and blemishes. All original and fully working castors. Serviceable and useable as it is, but would benefit form re-upholstering and repolishing. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.

Returns

A 30-day return period is offered for peace of mind. Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Return transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. Responsibility for the item remains with the buyer until it has been safely received back.
