Large Welsh Georgian Antique Oak Farmhouse Chair

This is a wonderful, unusually large Late Georgian farmhouse antique armchair, from Wales and made entirely in oak which is a lovely colour. All pegged construction, very strong and in super condition. This ample Welsh country armchair has a comfortable back rest with reeded back slats, the arms are well shaped along with shapely arm supports. The period oak armchair has a full, oak boarded seat with square legs joined by square stretchers. A perfect Welsh Georgian antique oak chair for a farmhouse or cottage kitchen. Dates to around 1800-10.
