Description

Lovely antique victorian carved oak library desk or hall chair in the jacobean style and dating from around 1880. Upholstered in quality leather hide and with a deep padded back and turned armrests with beautifully carved figural front supports and a deeply padded seat.stands on turned and block front legs joined by a carved frieze stretcher.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the oak oozing the charm and character of the jacobean period.

Measures: 37" high X seat height 18" X 20" deep X 24" wide
