Regency Gilt Pier Mirror with Cluster Columns

Description

Well proportioned English Regency gilt pier or console mirror with wonderful half turned cluster columns and scrolled capitals, a deep moulded cornice with a repeating arched moulding and gilt spherical mounts.

Lovely quality mirror and retaining much of its original gold leaf so it has a fabulous mellow gilt finish.

Measuring:

42 1/2 inches or 108 cm high

28 inches or 71 cm wide at the cornice

24 inches or 61 cm wide at the plinth

2 1/2 inches or 6.5 cm deep at the plinth
