It dates from the late 1800s.
It has its magnificent, original heavy mercury glass with no scratches. Mercury glass is so hard to find and gives a reflection and sparkle like no other.
It has its beautiful real gilt (gold leaf) on gesso frame in exceptional condition.
It has masses of gorgeous, ornate gesso floral detail to its frame. Beautiful swirls on either side and a large ornate crest.
It has all its original pine backboards.
