Maple & Co Mahogany Library Chair

Description

A beautiful Mahogany armchair in antique leather by quality makers Maple & Co. This open armchair raised on Mahogany legs with the original brass gilt lacquered castors with original finish throughout. The leather perfectly worn to give a wonderful look and character with original swab cushion. This chair once resided in a government building as is stamped with a crown and GR V which was common practice for all furniture in such buildings. Also stamped Maple & Co. English, Circa 1880.
