Description

Lovely antique george 111 country elm open armchair and dating from around 1780. It has a shaped top rail with turned side supports and spindle back rest above beautifully shaped broad outsplayed armrests on turned supports forming the legs and joined by a turned front stretcher with a rush seat.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and aged patination to the elm which has a lovely grain and oozes the charm and character of the georgian country period.

Measures: 45" high X seat height 16" X 21" deep X 25" wide
