A Fine 19th century Windsor Low Back in Yew with an Elm seat probably by Gabbitass an important chair making family who were working from the town of worksop, this chair has all the hall marks of a best quality chair, all these chair makers produced standard chairs and best chairs. The condition is excellent, it has a very pleasing colour and patina.
