Pair of English 17th Century Period Oak Antique Chairs

A wonderful pair of early period oak antique side chairs that date from around 1670-80. They are both in very original condition and are a fabulous colour. They feature wide back splats with moulded edges and centre line, beautiful carved top rails and the moulded uprights have shaped tops. The seats are solid oak with lovely front legs that are joined by a turned front stretcher, the side rails are square. Great examples, so honest and in very strong condition, all pegged.
