Description

A C19th, mahogany framed with leather hide upholstered armchair, Circa 1870, Victorian period. This show-frame armchair with deep-button upholstered back, upholstered arms and seat, recently reupholstered in hand-dyed forest green coloured leather hide, finished with close nailed antique brass tack trim. Raised on short legs on original castors.

A charming armchair, in very good condition, and very much ready for use.

Dimensions:

This armchair measures approximately 105 cm (41.5") tall, 70 cm (27.5") wide, and 82.5 cm (32.5") deep. The seat height is approximately 40.5 cm (16").

Condition:

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This armchair is in a very good condition commensurate with its age, and is structurally very sound and sturdy. Minor marks and blemishes. Recently reupholstered. Very serviceable and ready to use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
