This Quality Set of Four Victorian Mahogany Antique Dining Chairs, circa 1870 have shaped backs with elegant scrolled carvings. They stand on splayed back legs and cabriole front legs and are full of beautiful charm and character. There is the odd historical old repair, however these splendid set of chairs are sturdy and built for everyday use. The mahogany has aged to a medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
