Description

Here we have an outstanding set of six Arts and Crafts Cotswold school style dining chairs c1930. As you can see the chairs have great colour and patina. The chairs are beautifully made with through joints which are wedged as can be seen in the photo. They are also made using pegged mortice and tenon construction at other joints. The chairs are not stamped anywhere but a firm attribution to the Cotswold school Guild would not be out of the way. The chairs are made from the best English Oak and have wonderful form and above all comfort. A super rare set of six chairs in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are 90 cm high 56 cm wide 46 cm deep.
