19th Century Antique Fylde Coast Lambing Chair

This is a very good example of a mid 19th century antique lambing armchair made originally on the Fylde Coast in Lancashire around 1840. Very well made in pine and birch woods, this antique lambing chat has a shaped top rail and well panelled back rest with canted, boarded sides and wide flat arms. The original moulded drawer is under the seat and has an original brass, flush fit handle. Even the rockers are original. In very good condition throughout and still in the original finish.
